Season 2, Episode 29. Superheroes
Aug. 6th, 2011 11:24 amI see that Bridge and I are no longer the only ones sporting colorful outfits. Wearing Spandex can be... quite different if you're not used to it, eh?
[This memory is from the episode "Reflection pt. II", a transcript of which can be read here.]
[There are groaning sounds, then an unknown young man's voice speaks.]
Young Man: You guys okay?
Ghost: Yeah. Let's capture this clown once and for all.
[Another unknown- to everyone except Sky, anyway- voice speaks, gruffer than the young man and with a slight British accent. This is Mirloc, the monster who murdered Sky's dad.]
Mirloc: Foolish Rangers. Don't you realize, if you catch me, I'll only escape again? Ask him! He's worthless, just like his father was.
[A female voice, whom some may still remember as Pinky, then speaks, strong and defiant.]
Pinky: That's just the lowest. Sky's dad was an amazing Ranger.
Bridge: Yeah, and so is he! He's the best!
[The other female voice is one Bridge and Sky have both heard before- Z the Yellow Ranger- though neither of them are aware of this.]
Z: Right. We're all proud to fight by his side.
Mirloc: How touching. But he still doesn't have what it takes to defeat me.
Ghost: We'll see about that. ... Here. Take it.
Sky: ... what?
Ghost: It only seems right that you bring him in. Do it for your father.
Sky: Are you sure?
[There is a pause and some footsteps, before Sky speaks out, strongly and fearlessly.]
Sky: This one's for you, Dad. S.P.D., EMERGENCY!

I know it may seem odd to introduce myself when I've been in Edensphere for more than two years, but I kind of feel like it's necessary.
My name is Sky. I am a Watchman and a Guard. To protect the citizens of the Sphere is my duty and my passion.
I don't write on the journals much. I haven't for a while, because [long pause] well, never mind the reason.
But I realized recently that I'vefelt been pretty shut off from everyone else, and it's time to stop doing that.

Aug. 10th, 2010 11:46 amIt's nice when the Wilderness is a good place to get lost in. I'm not sure anything will ever top Disney, but this place has its own charm. Plenty of sights to see.
I'm not much of a journal-writer, so for those to whom I haven't introduced myself yet, I'm Sky. I'm a member of the Watch, and if you see a guy in black and blue Spandex with the number 100 across the chest and a helmet with dog ears on top of it patrolling everywhere... that'd be me.

Jun. 29th, 2010 12:52 pmI don't think I've ever felt so at home as I have when I'm training my apprentices. The snazzy red uniform is just a bonus, of course. Not that I don't enjoy my normal job- I do- but something about training the people underneath me (get your mind out of the gutter, Bridge, don't think I can't hear you snickering) feels so right, too.

May. 20th, 2010 09:03 pmI have had a lot of fun in the Wilderness, but at the same time, I'll be happy to get back home and get into my normal routine. I feel so restless when I'm not able to do my normal patrols and shifts at the Hatchery. Like there's something I SHOULD be doing but I'm not. I never could figure out a way to effectively patrol Disney World because it was so big.
For those whom I haven't introduced myself to yet, I'm Sky. I'm a member of the Watch, so you'll probably see me around a lot.

Season 2, Episode 6. Training
Feb. 20th, 2010 03:08 pmRangers, once the weather gets warmer, we need to get out and start working out more. I'm going to be training myself to get even better and stronger, and I think we could all benefit from being in shape and becoming better fighters. We ARE the Power Rangers, after all; even if none of you are on the Guard or the Watch, it never hurts to be able to protect people and keep our bodies in good physical condition.

My injuries are close to healing, so I should be able to return to duty soon. Sitting around the house and not being able to do anything has been hard.
Thank you to all of the medics who have assisted me; I wouldn't be able to be back on my feet this quickly without your talents. Thank you also to those who have been assisting the Guard and the Watch, and to members of the Guard and Watch themselves for keeping an eye on me while I couldn't defend myself.

Is there anybody who can train me to use a sword when they- and I- have some free time?
