As Fugue said, I'm a full-time Guard now. I apologize, Snap, as this means I'll have to move to doing Adventuring part-time, but I'm still interested in keeping the job if you'll have me. I feel as though it's important to have links between the two in the form of people who are both Guard and Adventurer.

However, before Bridge and I move to Section 3 on our own, is there anybody there in need of two roommates? I'd really, really prefer it if we could move in together. If not, no big deal, we'll just get our own place and have it open for roommates ourselves.

My new pyjamas are bright red and have cowboys all over them. I also have a big plastic badge proclaiming that I'm the sheriff.

Bastet, at your earliest convenience, I'd like to speak with you- I had an idea for a project concerning the Guard I want to share.

Lezard brought up a point that I believe needs to be addressed loudly and clearly.

When the ants come- if it is indeed them, and I have no reason to doubt Lezard ~~yet~~- NOBODY BE AN IDIOT AND TRY AND FIGHT THEM OFF. They sound extremely dangerous, and the last thing we need is someone deciding to try their fighting ability on them and getting killed. It's best for everybody if the evacuation proceeds in an orderly fashion and the Guards' attention is not diverted by going to save someone who decided to be a hero.

Of course, I'd like to think that nobody here is that colossally stupid.

Don't prove me wrong.

I do hope that everyone is staying safe from the massive windgusts. I went outside and almost got blown over several times.

[A long pause, before he scrawls the next bit slowly, as he's embarrassed.]

Also, if somebody could please come down to the Wilderness and help me, that would be great. I wanted to go to the beach for a while, since I had a good chance of running into someone to help me come back, and- it's changed.

There are clouds everywhere. And rainbows. And balloons. And happiness. Lots and lots of happiness.

Out of all the things I'd ever expect to happen here, this- wasn't even on the list. And of course, my cat is going bonkers.

NOW THE WILDERNESS HAS A GIANT MONKEY TOSSING BARRELS AT YOU IN IT. I AM NOT EVEN KIDDING.

If anyone STILL wants to go down there in spite of that, be careful, alright? Bridge dragged me down to see if it had changed again and we nearly got bowled over by one of them. Then narrowly escaped being burned when one of them rolled into a can of burning oil and caught on fire, then came to life and chased us (no, I have no idea how that works, either). It seems you can jump over them, though... and we saw hammers, but weren't able to reach one.

... can we bring Vegas back?
