My injuries are close to healing, so I should be able to return to duty soon. Sitting around the house and not being able to do anything has been hard.

Thank you to all of the medics who have assisted me; I wouldn't be able to be back on my feet this quickly without your talents. Thank you also to those who have been assisting the Guard and the Watch, and to members of the Guard and Watch themselves for keeping an eye on me while I couldn't defend myself.

Is there anybody who can train me to use a sword when they- and I- have some free time?

As for swordsmanship, I might be able to offer some practice, though I would hesitate to call myself a master of the art.

Interesting--it looks like a straightsword with a saber's point. I am a user of longswords and broadswords, so while I can provide you with help regarding basic and intermediate technique, I do not think I could teach you expert use of such a blade.

When you are comfortable with the fundamentals, then, I would have no objections to sparring with you. But I believe that Paladin's skills would likely be of more use to learn from the beginning.
