Bridge, I would be much obliged if you would either silence your dog or at least keep him on a leash. I couldn't sleep AGAIN last night, and I'm sure it wasn't helped by him imitating my personal herd of rainbow sheep.

I know I'm not the only one having sleeping problems- is this a widespread thing, or are the ones who have spoken up just unlucky?

Only for a few hours at a time; nothing close to my normal sleep schedule.

No, it's not falling asleep when I don't want to. It's more [pause] I'm sleeping more heavily than I should be. And longer than I usually do.

It's subtle, but definitely a change.

So it's affecting everyone differently. And of course, there seems to be no reason behind it other than "Sphere did it".

They are quite noisy. And distracting. I'm wondering if there's any purpose to them, or if they're just here to be a nuisance...

They're nuisances in my opinion. I keep trying to scare them off, but they come back.
